Next steps

Once we have received your application and clarified any questions, we will invite you to join us as a volunteer. We will then ask you to complete your registration in two final steps:

Sign and return the Volunteer Contract, available at this link.
Pay a deposit of 15% (if your arrival date is more than one month away) or the full amount (if it is less than one month away) of your fee.

Fees

Our fees are published at this link for volunteers staying with a host family.

If the length of your stay is not covered by this table, we will let you know the rates that apply. The price includes airport pickup, transportation to and from Saint-Louis, homestay accommodation with three meals a day, and a contribution to the costs of our programs.

For volunteers who choose to stay in a hostel or hotel, we will help you make these arrangements. We will also provide you with the applicable costs, excluding accommodation costs.

Arriving in Senegal

We will be in regular contact with you regarding your arrangements. The first step is to make your flight reservations and send us a copy of your itinerary. We will then arrange for you to be met at the airport and transferred to your accommodation in Saint-Louis. We will provide you with all the details, including information about your host family.
